Opsi team members choose every single day where they want to work—whether it’s in our Joburg office (with bottomless cups of high-quality coffee served by our in-house barista), a shared workspace, a coffee shop, from home, or some combination of these. We have Opsi team members currently working all over South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, and we anticipate many more places this year.
Our digital-first culture means we default to virtual meetings and place greater emphasis on asynchronous communications. As long as there is a sufficient time zone overlap with your team and you have the necessary tools—like adequate internet access—you get to decide on the places that work best for you.
